The new Broadway revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel officially opened April 12 at the Imperial Theatre. The staging, from Tony winner Jack O’Brien, stars Tony winner Jessie Mueller as Julie Jordan, Tony nominee Joshua Henry as Billy Bigelow, and Grammy-winning opera star Renée Fleming as Nettie Fowler.

The cast also includes Lindsay Mendez as Carrie Pipperidge, Alexander Gemignani as Enoch Snow, Margaret Colin as Mrs. Mullin, and Tony nominee John Douglas Thompson as the Starkeeper.

The evening also celebrated the 10th anniversary of BroadwayHD.
The series will feature full-length plays from members of the 2023-2025 groups.
Directed by Sam Gold, the show will be set in the pressurized world of high-end art dealing.
