Four-time Emmy winner Laura Linney (Wild Iris, Frasier, John Adams, The Big C) is back on Broadway this season in the Manhattan Theatre Club production of David Auburn's Summer, 1976, which opened at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre April 25. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, the production co-stars Jessica Hecht and concerns the friendship between a single mom who is an artist and a free-spirited young housewife.
