News Pride and Prejudice, Billy Elliot, Good People and Carrie Will Play La Mirada Theatre La Mirada Theatre's 2014-15 season will feature the world premiere of Pride and Prejudice, the regional premiere of Billy Elliot and the Los Angeles premiere of Carrie The Musical.

The California theatre's season will begin with David Lindsay-Abaire's Good People, followed by Late Nite Catechism Las Vegas: Sister Rolls the Dice. The Tony Award-winning musical Billy Elliot will also be presented, along with the world-premiere engagement of the musical adaptation of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice."

Mary Poppins will be presented in May as well as the Los Angeles premiere of the musical adaptation of Stephen King's book "Carrie."

Two performances of Ballroom With A Twist and two performances of Grammy Award winner Amy Grant will also be part of the season.
