Sami DeSocio: Roger and Mimi.
Amy C. Rogers: Roger and Mimi from RENT
Anna Dufour: MIMI AND ROGER!
The characters Roger Davis and Mimi Marquez, originally played on Broadway by Adam Pascal and Daphne Rubin-Vega, are based on the characters Rodolfo and Mimí from Puccini's La Bohéme. Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer Prize-winning Rent, however, has a happier ending: Mimí succumbs to illness at the end of La Bohéme.

Barbara Ann McFadden: Nathan and Adelaide!!
Michelle Blaer: I am a big fan of Adelaide and Nathan from Guys and Dolls.
Lois Rubin Gross: Ms. Adelaide and Nathan Detroit.
Guys and Dolls opened on Broadway in 1950 with Sam Levene and Vivian Blaine in the rolls of Nathan Detroit and Miss Adelaide. A Tony-winning revival featured Tony winners Nathan Lane and Faith Prince in those same roles. Sarah Elizabeth Meehan: Aida and Radames.
Andrea Chilkiewicz: Aida and Radames. They died together and they found one another again, after so many lifetimes. It's cheesy, yes, but I adore that last moment on stage when you see the man and woman draw closer to one another in front of the tomb and you just know it will end happily for them.
A Broadway musical version of the classic Giuseppe Verdi opera, Aida opened in 2000 and won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical Score, and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album. This Walt Disney Theatrical production originally starred Heather Headley and Adam Pascal as the doomed lovers.

On Broadway the roles of Angel and Collins were originated by, respectively, Tony winner Wilson Jermaine Heredia and Jesse L. Martin.
