Plumb is making her New York theatrical debut in the lead role of Miss Abigail. She is joined on stage by Manuel Herrera, who plays Miss Abigail's right-hand man, Paco.
Written by Ken Davenport (Altar Boyz, My First Time, The Awesome 80s Prom) and Sarah Saltzberg (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), the play — presented in an open-ended engagement — began previews at the Downstairs Cabaret Theater at Sofia's Oct. 7. Davenport also directs.
