During the event, four teams of celebrities will battle for victory in a game of high-speed charades. Previous themes have included a pep rally, a knockout in a boxing ring and a Battle of Good and Evil.

In addition to Canavale and Hoffman, Leslie Bibb, Josh Charles, Erika Christensen, Billy Crudup, Rachel Dratch, Oskar Eustis, Juliette Lewis, Jesse L. Martin, Chris Meloni, Sam Rockwell, Cynthia Rowley, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Justin Theroux, Yul Vazquez, David Zayas were all scheduled to appear.
