Tony Award winner Anna D. Shapiro again stages the family drama for the upcoming run at the National's Lyttelton Theatre, Nov. 21, 2008-Jan. 21, 2009.
Original cast members Ian Barford, Mariann Mayberry, Amy Morton, Sally Murphy, Jeff Perry, Kimberly Guerrero and Troy West as well as Tony Award winners Deanna Dunagan and Rondi Reed reprise their work for London audiences. Michael McGuire, Paul Vincent O'Connor, Molly Ranson and Gary Cole join the cast.
August: Osage County "tells the explosively funny tale of the Weston clan, triggered by the recent disappearance of the family patriarch," as a release states. Letts' critically acclaimed play "paints a vivid portrait of a Midwestern family at a critical turning point."
