The monthly concert showcases the work of emerging composers and performers in an intimate cabaret setting. For the Aug. 25 concert, the songwriting team of William Squire and Jeffrey Lodin will present their revue Let's Make a Night of It. B.T. McNicholl directs a cast including Charma Bonanno (Forbidden Broadway), David Bonanno (The Light In The Piazza), Marcus Neville (The Full Monty) and Deborah Tranelli ("Dallas").

The second half of the evening will showcase the songs of composer and lyricist Tony Asaro. Entitled Love Killer, Kevin Cummines serves as musical director for the catalogue of songs that includes material by Ryan Scott Oliver, Rob Shapiro, Kevin Cummines, Vadim Feichner, Will Aronson and Dan Collins.

Set to perform Love Killer are Pearl Sun (The Yellow Wood), Leonard Sullivan, Sarah Statler, Doug Jabara, Rich Silverstein and Dave Garry.

Showtime is 9:30 PM. There is a $10 cover charge and a two-drink minimum; call (212) 255-5438 for reservations. The Duplex Cabaret Theater is located in Manhattan at 61 Christopher Street at Seventh Avenue.
