New York City comic Seth Rudetsky, whose Seth's Broadway Chatterbox is part on-stage talk show, part cabaret performance, will welcome songwriter-conductor David Friedman 6 PM Jan. 13. Staged at Don't Tell Mama, the famous Manhattan cabaret venue, Broadway Chatterbox is billed as "a combination of Mike Douglas, Dr. Seuss and Pee Wee Herman."

Friedman was a favorite songwriter of the late Nancy LaMott.

Proceeds from the $10 cover/two drink minimum admission go to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Future shows will have "chatter" from Priscilla Lopez and Kelly Bishop (A Chorus Line) Jan. 20, and Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner (Side Show) in February.
