Raise Your Voice, a revue of songs from Broadway Junior shows, is now available for licensing in the US and Canada from Music Theatre International. The show features music from MTI’s Broadway Junior catalogue chosen specifically to give young performers the chance to shine. In lieu of an overarching story, the libretto includes fun facts about each number that can be used as transitions. Licensees are also encouraged to add their own flair to these interstitials and highlight interesting facts about their own program or student anecdotes.

“We created this revue to provide theatres with a manageable way to run rehearsals and mount shows during challenging times,” MTI’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Education and Development John Prignano said in a press release. “Each song can be rehearsed separately, reducing the number of actors needed in a given rehearsal space. This modular approach gives directors a lot of flexibility with their schedules. And that same flexibility exists when it comes to costumes and sets—theatres can be as minimal or elaborate as they choose.”
