Mike Birbiglia: The New One, a new comedy written and performed by Birbiglia, will play the Cherry Lane Theatre beginning July 26. Directed by Seth Barrish, the limited engagement will officially open August 2.
Birbiglia made his solo theatrical debut in 2008 with Sleepwalk with Me, which went on to be adapted into a New York Times bestselling book and a Sundance award-winning feature film of the same name. His additional works include My Girlfriend's Boyfriend and Thank God for Jokes, which was filmed for Netflix.
About his new show Birbiglia only says, “If you liked my other shows and movies, I think you'll love The New One.”
