The show takes place in a book store. Anderson plays a party girl who's had enough of her wild lifestyle. She takes a job in the shop, thinking it will steer her in a new and different direction. Winokur plays a store employee who's none too happy about having to compete for attention with a blonde bombshell. Also in the cast are Brian Scolaro, Elon Gold and Christopher Lloyd.
Winokur won her Tony for playing the size-challenged teen Tracy Turnblad in the smash Broadway musical Hairspray. She currently can be seen in the film "Fever Pitch."
