"Marie!," which replaces the canceled "Martha Stewart Show," will join the daytime lineup in the fourth quarter along with "Home & Family," a two-hour show created by daytime veteran Woody Fraser.
Osmond's one-hour talk show will feature celebrity and non-celebrity guests, who will discuss lifestyle tips and trends as well as social issues.
Osmond has been seen on Broadway in The King and I and, most recently, alongside brother Donny in Donny & Marie – A Broadway Christmas. She also toured the world as Maria in The Sound of Music in the 1990s. She first appeared on "The Andy Williams Show" at age three, going on to star on the award-winning "Donny and Marie" musical-variety series at age 15. It ran for four seasons, guest-starred the biggest names in entertainment, and was dubbed into 17 languages. The siblings also appeared on The "Donny & Marie" talk show (1998-2000). She was a finalist on TV's "Dancing With the Stars" on season five. She had a No. 1 Billboard single ("Paper Roses") at age 13, followed by hit duet songs with brother Donny.
