News Lynda Carter to Bring Solo Show to West End's Garrick Theatre in September Lynda Carter, best known as TV's "Wonder Woman," will return to the West End for the first time in 30 years to appear at the Garrick Theatre for two nights only, Sept. 17-18, in a show called At Last to mark the release of her solo album of the same name.

According to press materials, the show is "a rare musical evening with a living legend." She comes to London following dates in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington and New Jersey. She will be backed by a live onstage band, with musical direction by Paul Liem.

Carter has been singing since she was 14 years old, and was first recognized globally as a singer in the late 1970s when she released her first album "Portrait," and sang two of its songs in the 1979 "Wonder Woman" episode, "Amazon Hot Wax." In the same year, she sold out the London Palladium within hours of tickets going on sale. She released her second solo album, "At Last," 30 years later, which reached number six in the US Billboard charts, and has recently toured the US playing venues including New York's Feinstein's at Loews Regency and Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. In addition, she has produced and starred in five Emmy Award-winning TV specials in the USA that have showcased her singing talent.
