With multiple wildfires still burning across the Greater Los Angeles area, several events and performances have been forced to cancel and postpone.

Jeremy Jordan was scheduled to give two concert performances at The Wallis Center January 9 and 10. Both have been canceled and rescheduled for January 21 and 22. Don't worry, The Great Gatsby fans. Those dates are just after Jordan's previously announced departure from the Broadway musical, and won't affect the remainder of his run in the show. The Wallis box office will contact ticket holders directly for re-booking.

Also canceled are some performances of the national tour of Wicked, currently at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. According to a January 8 Instagram post, the January 8 and 9 performances have been canceled, but the January 10 performance is expected to go on as scheduled. The fires are still ongoing, so stay tuned to the Pantages' social media for further updates. All ticket holders for affected performances should have already been contacted by the Pantages box office.

There are currently five fires burning, with the first beginning January 7. So far, the fires have destroyed "thousands" of structures (according to the Los Angeles fire chief) and nearly 180,000 residents are under evacuation orders. Amongst the structures destroyed is the longtime Theatre Palisades.
