The production reunites Stroman and Domingo at the Vineyard following their work on the acclaimed John Kander and Fred Ebb musical, The Scottsboro Boys, also starring Domingo. According to NYT, the cast of Dot will also include Stephen Conrad Moore and Sharon Washington.

Last year Tony winner Uggams starred as Mama Rose in Connecticut Repertory Theatre's production of Gypsy. The Broadway vet returns to the New York stage following her performance in the 2008 staging of The First Breeze of Summer.
