News Krakow, Henry and Sandoval Join Stew-Rodewald Scored Othello Erin Krakow, Brian Tyree Henry and Triney Sandoval have been cast in the Shakespeare on the Sound production of Othello, which will feature an original score by Tony Award winner Stew and Heidi Rodewald.

As previously reported, Victor Williams ("King of Queens," "ER") will star in the title role, with Jesse Perez (Recent Tragic Events, Barrio Girl) as Iago. Krakow (The Shanghai Gesture) will appear as Desdemona, with Henry (Brother/Sister Plays) as Cassio and Sandoval (Frost/Nixon, A Man for All Seasons) as Brabantio/Ludivico.

Othello will also feature Stephanie DiMaggio (Emilia), Nat McIntyre (Roderigo) Rhett Henckel (Montano), Alexa Salamè (Bianca) and Will Cohn (The Boy).

Shakespeare on the Sound artistic director Joanna Settle will direct the production that will play Pinkney Park in Rowayton, CT, June 15-26; and Baldwin Park in Greenwich, CT, July 2-11.

Designing Othello will be Keith Parham (scenic design), Tilly Grimes (costume design), Obadiah Eaves (sound design) and Jessica Paz (sound system design).

Tony-winning Passing Strange creator Stew and collaborator Rodewald have been commissioned to create the score for Othello. Stew also penned music for the 2009 production of Midsummer Night's Dream at Shakespeare on the Sound. For further information, visit ShakespeareontheSound.
