Bedlam has announced that Kimberly Pau Boston is the theatre company’s new managing director. She succeeds co-founder Andrus Nichols, who has stepped down from the role and her starring role in the acclaimed Sense & Sensibility staging Off-Broadway.
Nichols left the show to star in the Tony-winning production of A View from the Bridge, directed by Ivo van Hove, in L.A. and D.C. this fall. She will, however, remain on Bedlam’s board. Kelley Curran has taken on the role of Elinor in Sense & Sensibility.
Boston is a Brooklyn-based writer and producer; she joins the organization having worked on Catch 22, Iliad: Book One, As You Like It, An Enemy of the People and more.
Bedlam’s award-winning production of Sense & Sensibility is playing an extended engagement through November 20 at The Gym at Judson. For tickets or more information visit bedlam.org.
