News Katrina Lenk Is Arachne in Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark Starting May 29 Katrina Lenk, who was seen in the world premiere of Lost Land at the Steppenwolf Theatre, joins the cast of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark beginning May 29 in the role of Arachne.

She succeeds Christina Sajous, who played her final performance May 27.

Reeve Carney, Patrick Page and Rebecca Faulkenberry continue in their roles as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Norman Osborn/Green Goblin and Mary Jane Watson, respectively.

Katrina Lenk has also been seen in iWitness at the Mark Taper Forum; Elemeno Pea, Cloudlands and Caucasian Chalk Circle at SouthCoast Repertory; the title role in Lovelace: A Rock Opera, for which she won LA Weekly and Garland awards; and her solo music project, moxy phinx.

The musical features music and lyrics by Grammy winners Bono and The Edge, direction by Philip William McKinley and a book co-written by Julie Taymor, Glen Berger and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. Scenic designer George Tsypin and costume designer Eiko Ishioka are winners of Outer Critics Circle Awards and were recently nominated for Tonys for their work on Spider-Man.

Spider-Man plays the Foxwoods Theatre, 213 West 42nd Street.
