The October 25 performance of Latin History for Morons has been canceled as the solo show's creator and star John Leguizamo continues to recover from an illness. The announcement follows the early cancellation of the Tuesday, October 24 show.
Performances are expected to resume the evening of Thursday, October 26 at Studio 54.

Preview performances began October 19 following acclaimed runs at Off-Broadway's Public Theater and Berkeley Repertory Theatre. The Tony Taccone-helmed production will open officially November 15. The limited engagement is currently scheduled through February 4, 2018.
The cancellations come off the heels of a solid performance at the box office from the first set of previews; with just three shows, the play grossed $312,337 (about 83 percent of its potential).
The irreverent one-act traces the marginalization of Latinos in U.S. history and the vital roles they played—from a satirical recap of Aztec and Incan history to stories of Latin patriots in the Revolutionary and Civil War and beyond.
