The 1934 musical—previously seen at the Muny in 1999, 1982, 1972, 1960, and 1940—has songs by Cole Porter and originally starred Ethel Merman as Reno Sweeney. Subsequent Broadway Renos include Tony winners Patti LuPone and Sutton Foster. For the Broadway revivals, Timothy Crouse and John Weidman drew on the original Depression-era script by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse.

Set aboard a transatlantic ocean liner, Anything Goes features "You're the Top," "Blow, Gabriel, Blow," "It's De-Lovely," "I Get a Kick Out of You," and the toe-tapping title song, among others.

The upcoming production will also have music direction by conductor Ben Whiteley. Additional casting and creative team members will be announced.
