Groban is nominated for a 2023 Tony Award for his performance in the Sondheim musical.

Broadway's Sweeney Todd is continuing the gradual release of its cast album, now dropping "Johanna (Act 2)" from the upcoming release. Hear 2023 Tony nominees Josh Groban and Ruthie Ann Miles, along with Jordan Fisher and Maria Bilbao, sing on the track above.

This release follows earlier drops of "The Ballad of Sweeney Todd," "My Friends," and "By the Sea." The tracks are also available on streaming networks. A date for the album's full release has not yet been set.

The revival continues its run at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, where it opened March 26. Read reviews for the production here.

Groban stars as Sweeney opposite Annaleigh Ashford's Mrs. Lovett. Both are Tony-nominated for their performances, two of the eight nods the revival received May 2. See the full list of nominations here.

The revival features Jonathan Tunick's full, 26-piece orchestration for the first time on Broadway since the 1979 original production, under the baton of three-time Tony winner Alex Lacamoire. The forthcoming album, to be released by Warner Music Group’s Arts Music and Reprise Records, is produced by Lacamoire and co-produced by director Thomas Kail, and can be pre-saved on Spotify here.

The Broadway cast also includes Fisher (Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen) as Anthony, Gaten Matarazzo (Stranger Things) as Tobias, Tony Award winner and Olivier Award nominee Miles (The King and I) as Beggar Woman, Bilbao (On Your Feet!) as Johanna, Jamie Jackson (The Last Ship) as Judge Turpin, John Rapson (Les Misérables) as Beadle Bamford, and Nicholas Christopher (Hamilton) as Pirelli.
