Along with the viral comedy band, the release features Wayne Brady, Alex Brightman, and Dashaun Wesley.

The Off-Broadway musical Lewberger: The Wizard of Friendship is releasing a cast recording June 23 via Broadway Records. Get a first listen to the album's title track above.

The meta-theatrical musical follows a fictional fight between the members of comedy band Lewberger that creates a rift so big that it breaks the heart of the Wizard of Friendship. Sent on a musical quest in the land of NoFriendia, their adventure takes them through "the intimidatingly Handsome Forest, through the Adults-only Haunted House, and many more amazing places all while being guided by… a giant… sausage man."

Playing Theatre Row, the Off-Broadway engagement was sold out, with fans of the viral comedy band coming from across the country to experience the show. Additionally, the development process of the musical was captured online in a series of videos.

Featuring Lewberger members Hughie Stone Fish, Keith Habersberger, and Alex Lewis, The Wizard of Friendship album also features special guests Wayne Brady as the Wizard of Friendship, Beetlejuice’s Alex Brightman as FlimFlam the Sausage Man, and Dashaun Wesley as a Giant Bird In A Man Suit.

The album is produced by Stone Fish and Jay Marcovitz, with songwriting by Habersberger, Lewis, and Stone Fish.

Lewberger made their Off-Broadway debut with The Wizard of Friendship, and companion Lewberger in Concert, earlier this year. The musical was produced by Steven Brandon and Lewberger LLC.

The Try Guys, of which Habersberger is a part (and with whom Lewis and Stone Fish regularly collaborate), are an immensely popular YouTube channel, with more than 8 million subscribers. Originating as a Buzzfeed subsidiary before striking out on their own in 2018, the company has since garnered more than 2 billion views on the YouTube platform.

In addition to their viral Internet presence, the band performed on America's Got Talent and NBC's Bring The Funny, and released their comedy special Lewberger: Live at Lincoln Hall on Amazon Prime.
