Industry News Grosses Analysis: Mean Girls, Three Tall Women, and Harry Potter Play to 100 Percent Capacity The revival of My Fair Lady, which officially opens April 19, also played to sold-out crowds.

Nine Broadway productions played to 100 percent or more capacity for the week ending April 15. Four of those shows are new to the boards this spring: Mean Girls, which took in $1,382,096 at the box office; Three Tall Women, which earned $812,601; Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, which grossed $1,701,110; and My Fair Lady, which brought in $947,803.

The other shows that played to full houses were Hamilton, which was again the top-grossing show of the week, taking in $3,139,968; Springsteen on Broadway, which earned $2,412,700 over five performances; and Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen, and The Book of Mormon.

The Lion King, which played to 99.88 percent capacity, was also a top earner, bringing in $2,136,093. Other shows to break the $1 million mark included Aladdin, Carousel, Frozen, The Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, and Hello, Dolly!

As the season comes to a close, six productions will officially open on or before April 26: My Fair Lady, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Summer, Travesties, Saint Joan, and The Iceman Cometh.
