News Godspell Will Offer Post-Performance "Fan Appreciation Day" June 8 The current Broadway revival of Stephen Schwartz's Godspell will offer "Fan Appreciation Day," a post-show party with cast members, following the 3 PM matinee performance June 8.

The celebration will include free pizza -- courtesy of Zigolinis Pizza Bar NYC -- and soda, cast performances, special fan awards, door prizes and more.

"Godspell has the greatest fans in the world. Period. And my mom taught me that it's important to say thank you to the people that support you," said producer Ken Davenport in a statement.  "So we thought why not open our theater, and some pizza boxes, and kick off the summer by thanking the people that make performing Godspell eight times a week so special ... the fans."

Fans wishing to attend the "Fan Appreciation Day" celebration can visit www.godspell.com/fanappreciation to RSVP. Space is limited, so fans are encouraged to RSVP early. The celebration will take place from 5:30 PM-7 PM.

Godspell fans are also able to purchase a limited number of special $50 tickets to that day's added 3 PM matinee performance (or $79.99 tickets for that evening's regular 8 PM performance). Visit www.BroadwayOffers.com and enter code GSFANDAY to purchase.

The cast currently features Corbin Bleu as Jesus and Wallace Smith as John with Uzo Aduba, Nick Blaemire, Hannah Elless, Celisse Henderson, Morgan James, Telly Leung, George Salazar and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle. For more information visit www.godspell.com.
