To encourage Brooklyn denizens to venture toward Broadway (or Off-Broadway) for a night at the theatre, specially designed red TKTS Downtown Brooklyn tote bags will be given to ticket buyers while supplies last at this location through the month of April.

TKTS Downtown Brooklyn is located on the ground floor of 1 MetroTech Center at the corner of Jay Street and Myrtle Avenue Promenade. Hours of operation are Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Tickets are available for same-day evening performances and next-day matinee performances.

Since 1973, TDF, a not-for-profit service organization for the performing arts, has filled over 76 million discount theatre seats through their TKTS Booths. In addition to the Brooklyn location, there are two other TKTS Discount Booths: a new Times Square TKTS Booth under the red glass steps in Duffy Square, and the Lower Manhattan TKTS Booth is located at South Street Seaport.
