Florida's Kravis Center, Damaged by Hurricane Frances, Closes for Repairs
Florida's Kravis Center for the Performing Arts has closed its main performance space, Dreyfoos Hall, and canceled performances through October 5 due to damage from Hurricane Frances, the center announced.
Repairs to the 2,193-seat West Palm Beach venue are expected to take three weeks, and will not affect the center's 2004-05 season, which begins October 7 with a concert by folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary.
