Boston Ballet presents John Cranko’s Romeo & Juliet, featuring original designs from the 1962 production when the ballet first premiered, March 15–April 8, at the Boston Opera House. This will mark the third time Boston Ballet presents Cranko’s production, premiering it in 2008 and again in 2011. The ballet is set to Sergei Prokofiev's dramatic score and will be performed by the Boston Ballet Orchestra, led by guest conductors Gavriel Heine (March 15–25) and Mischa Santora (March 29–April 8).
