The cast recording of the new musical based on the 2009 film is now available on streaming and digital platforms worldwide.

The studio cast recording of the new musical 17 Again is now available on streaming and digital platforms worldwide via Concord Theatricals Recordings. Get a first listen to Eden Espinosa performing the song "Time for Starting Over" in the video above. 

17 Again is based on the 2009 film of the same name, and features music and lyrics by Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner (First Date). Click here to stream or download the cast recording. 

Along with Espinosa, the album features performances from Drew Gehling, Casey Likes, Bryce Pinkham, and Will Roland. Additional cast members include Mallory Bechtel, Gabrielle Carrubba, Alan H. Green, Ann Harada, F. Michael Haynie, Carly Hughes, Jesse Johnson, Desi Oakley, Sam Primack, Josh Strobl, Donna Vivino, D'Kaylah Unique Whitley, and Oscar Williams.

“We feel so lucky to have our score for 17 Again released by Concord Theatricals Recordings and featuring truly an all-star Broadway cast,” Zachary and Weiner say. “Hearing our songs performed by such incredible talent has been an absolute dream scenario, and we’re so thrilled to have the show out in the world both as a studio recording and a full musical licensed by MTI.”

17 Again tells the story of 35-year-old Mike O'Donnell, a former high school basketball star who fears his best days are behind him. When he is suddenly transformed back into his teenage self, he discovers an appreciation for his adult life. 

The cast recording was produced by Zachary, Weiner, and August Eriksmoen, who also provided orchestrations. Music direction is by Ben Cohn. The album was recorded and mixed by Ian Kagey and mastered by Oscar Zambrano. The track list is as follows:

17 Again was created in special arrangement with Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures. The musical was originally developed and directed by Adam Shankman, with a book by Marco Pennette.
