Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Fran Drescher, who made her Broadway debut in Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, hosted Don't Rain on My Parade: 75 Years of Barbra Streisand, which was presented January 13 in Washington, D.C.
The evening, featuring The American Pops Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Luke Frazier, boasted the talents of two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes (Cinderella, Bandstand), Amber Iman (Hamilton, Shuffle Along…), Will and Anthony Nunziata (Carnegie Hall, New York Pops), Lindsay Mendez (Wicked, Significant Other), Lucia Spina (Legally Blonde), and Bayla Whitten (Girlstar at the Signature Theater). The show was directed by Nathan Brewer.
Streisand marks her 75th birthday on April 24, and the APO honored the entertainment icon with highlights from her Broadway and Hollywood career.
