Awards Drama Desk Awards Set 2024 Dates for Eligibility Cut-Off, Nominations, Award Ceremony

The awards honor Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off-Broadway productions.

The 68th Annual Drama Desk Awards, honoring the best of Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off-Broadway theatre, have set an eligibility cut-off for April 25 and an announcement of this year's nominees for April 29. The official ceremony will be held June 10. A venue will be announced shortly.

Last year's Drama Desk Awards marked the first year of newly structured gender neutral acting categories featuring twice as many nominees. That will continue this year, with the leading and supporting performance categories for both musicals and plays.

Voters will cast two votes for each category, and each category will have two winners. If there is a tie, there may be more than two winners in a category.

This year's nominating committee comprises Martha Wade Steketee, Linda Armstrong, Daniel Dinero, Peter Filichia, Kenji Fujishima, Margaret Hall, and Charles WrightStaci Levine will produce this year’s ceremony.
