Domingo has appeared on Broadway in Well, Passing Strange, Chicago and The Scottsboro Boys. His play, Dot, premiered at the Actors Theatre's 2015 Humana Festival. Dot is headed to the Vineyard Theatre in New York, where it will be directed by Susan Stroman. Domingo has also appeared in such films as "The Butler" and "Selma."

Seven Guitars tells the story of Floyd Bowman, a blues musician, who, after serving jail time on a trumped vagrancy charge, sets out to win back his girl and reclaim his pawned guitar in hopes of writing a new hit record. The play takes place in a Pittsburgh basement in 1948 and follows Floyd's friends and neighbors – the play's seven voices – as they share what they dream and what they've lost. Seven Guitars is part of Wilson's Century Cycle, which charts the African American experience through each decade in the 20th century.

The cast will feature Joniece Abbott-Pratt (The Good Negro at the Public Theater), Joaquina Kalukango (Holler If Ya Hear Me, Godspell), Forrest McClendon (The Scottsboro), J. Alphonse Nicholson (Autumn's Harvest at Lincoln Center), Harold Surratt, Sharon Washington (The Scottsboro Boys) and Bowman Wright. Seven Guitars will feature original music and composition by Jon Spurney.
