The package will feature a pre-Halloween workshop for children ages 6-10 to help them create costumes and develop characters inspired by the creepy and kooky hit musical. A Halloween-day face painting and party at Madame Tussauds wax museum, as well as two tickets to the Oct. 31 matinee of The Addams Family are also included. The workshop will be held Oct. 23 from 9-11 AM in the Balcony Club on the top floor of McDonald's 42nd Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. The workshop will be led by Camp Broadway teaching artists, who will lead acting exercises, supervise the costume construction, and provide a snack. A photo-op with Adam Reigler, who plays Puggsley in The Addams Family and is serving as the 2010 Kids' Night on Broadway Ambassador, will also be offered.
The Addams Family is currently playing at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.
The price for the full package is $169. Space is limited. To book, email [email protected] with your name and contact information, or call (212) 575-2929.
