Presented as part of Justin Sayre's series The Meeting*, the annual event serves as a benefit for the Ali Forney Center and its mission to assist LGBT homeless youth.
The June 1 event will also feature performances by Rachel York, Randy Graff, Kim David Smith and Danielle Grabianowski. Showtime is 8 PM at Merkin Concert Hall.
The evening will honor the entertainment icon with "special skits, tributes and songs from her legendary career as movie star, recording artist and stage performer," according to creators.
Peter James Cook will direct with musical direction by Steven Jamail.
Additional special guests will be announced. Night Of a Thousand Judys is produced by Dan Fortune and Adam J. Rosen, with Fortune serving as executive producer. Additional special guests will be announced.
