According to a weekly report from The Broadway League, the overall capacity of Broadway houses hit its highest point the week ending February 20 of any week since the League restarted sharing weekly grosses October 27, 2021.

This week's report shows capacity at 89.8% with grosses at $21.8 million. While that gross number falls shy of the season high of $32.5 million in the week ending November 28, it is an increase of $2.9 million over last week and continues an upward trend over the last several weeks. The high comes during an extended 2-for-1 Broadway Week promotion and following the closures of several productions, including Dominique Morisseau's Skeleton Crew February 20 and Slave Play and Girl From The North Country January 23.

After Broadway's return following the coronavirus hiatus, The Broadway League had refrained from sharing gross reports for Main Stem productions until October 27. The League is now publishing numbers as composite figures comprising all currently running shows, rather than broken out by individual title.
