At 9:20 PM ET, Raquel Welch presented the Best Featured Actor in a Play Award to Owen Teale for his work in A Doll's House.

OWEN TEALE (Torvald Helmer), is nominated for a Tony Award for his performance. During two seasons at the Royal Shakespeare Company, he played Hotspur in Henry IV Part I, Marc Antony in Julius Caesar, Bassanio in The Merchant of Venice, Edmund in King Lear, and the King of Navarre in Love's Labour's Lost. Other theatre includes: Titus in Berenice by Racine (Royal National Theatre), Sergeii in When She Danced (King's Head), and Antipholus of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors (Bristol Old Vic). Owen has appeared on the West End as John O'Brien in The Fifteen Streets. Films include: Derek Jarman's War Requiem in which he played the Unknown Soldier; Will Scarlet in Robin Hood, The Hawk; and, most recently, God's Will/Marco Polo and La Guerre des Moutons (in French). Most recent television includes Happy in "Death of a Salesman," "Wilderness," "Dangerous Lady," "The Secret House of Death," "The Vacillations of Poppy Carew," and "The Thin Blue Line." Previous television includes "The Minoa Boys," "Great Expectations," "David Copperfield," "The Fifteen Streets." Mr. Teale, who is making his Broadway debut, was also nominated for an Olivier Award for his performance in A Doll's House.
