Barbour returned to Sardi's with his new show Jan. 31 and will play Saturdays at 9:30 PM through March 28. Andrea McArdle (Annie, State Fair) and newly announced Phantom of the Opera star Ryan Silverman will guest star at the March 14 concert; Tale of Two Cities veteran Kevin Greene is scheduled for the March 15 matinee at 4 PM; and John Schuck (Annie) and Jeff McCarthy (Urinetown, Side Show) will appear on March 28.
Jeremy Roberts serves as musical director for the concert, which features Barbour's renditions of "Loving You Keeps Me Alive," "If Ever I Would Leave You," "If I Loved You," "If I Can’t Love Her," "If Dreams Come True," "My Funny Valentine," "Embraceable You," "On The Street Where You Live," "Unexpected Song" and "Autumn Leaves."
This season Barbour was seen as Sydney Carton in A Tale of Two Cities. His other Broadway credits include Assassins, Urinetown, Jane Eyre, Beauty and the Beast, Carousel and Cyrano—The Musical. He has appeared in such films as "Eight Crazy Nights" and has guest-starred on such television shows as "Sex and the City" and "Ed."
