The world premiere of Oscar winner Ethan Coen (Fargo, No Country For Old Men)'s Let's Love! begins Off-Broadway at Atlantic Theater Company September 25. Opening night is October 15, and the run will continue through November 9. Neil Pepe is directing.
The production stars Aubrey Plaza (White Lotus) as Susan, with Chris Bauer (The Wire) as Tough, Dylan Gelula (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) as Girl, Dion Graham (The First 48) as The Man, Mary McCann (The Welkin) as The Broad, Noah Robbins (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) as Boy, CJ Wilson (Manchester by the Sea) as Dan, and Mary Wiseman (Star Trek: Discovery) as Faye. The performance also features a song written and performed by Nellie McKay (A Play is a Poem). Casting is by The Telsey Office's Will Cantler and Destiny Lilly.
Coen's comedy is a trio of one-acts, that explores, according to press notes, "love in all its miserable glory."
The production features sets by Riccardo Hernandez, costumes by Peggy Schnitzer, lighting by Reza Behjat, sound design by David Van Tieghem, and set decoration and props by Faye Armon-Troncoso.
