A concept album of the new musical Goodbye New York will be released May 6 on streaming and digital download platforms. The work features music by Andrew Beall, lyrics by Evan McCormack, and a book by David Don Miller.

Appearing on the album are Arielle Jacobs (Aladdin), Brad Standley (In Transit), Ben Jeffrey (The Lion King), Jen Sanchez (Pretty Woman), Danya Marie Quincy, Richie Abanes (Dreamgirls), and J.J. Caruncho.

Goodbye New York is set during a young woman's final 24 hours living in New York City, during which she runs into an old friend and invites him on her last adventure.

The work was commissioned by NewYorkRep in 2015 and was a finalist at the New York New Works Festival in 2017. Beall and McCormack have previously collaborated on Song of Solomon. Playwright Miller's previous works include Why You Beasting?The Numbening, and Bacon Clickbait.

The concept album is produced by Matthias Winter, Beall, and McCormack, and executive produced by Compassion & Choices.

The album's release will be celebrated with an in-person and live streamed concert at Feinstein's/54 Below May 8 at 7 PM ET. For livestream tickets, visit 54Below.com.
