News Ann Hampton Callaway to Present Diva Power! at London's Crazy Coqs Ann Hampton Callaway will bring her show Diva Power!, which celebrates the great ladies of song from Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland, to Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf, Carole King and Joni Mitchell, to London's Crazy Coqs. She will begin performances April 8 for a run through April 12 only.

She follows in the footsteps of her sister Liz Callaway, who appeared at the venue in January. She has previously appeared frequently in cabaret in London at the now defunct Pizza on the Park, and in 1998 the Callaway sisters brought their duo show Sibling Revelry to the Donmar for a two week season.

Ann Hampton Callaway won a Theatre World Award and received a Tony nomination for her starring role in the Broadway musical Swing, which premiered at the St. James Theatre in 1999. She was also co-billed for arranging the music. She made her Hollywood screen debut in Robert DeNiro's "The Good Shepherd." She has written over 250 songs including two Platinum Award-winning hits for Barbra Streisand and the theme for the hit TV series "The Nanny."

In her cabaret show at Crazy Coqs, she will take a personal look at the iconic women who were trail blazers in music and whose careers, voices and songs helped to shape her artistry. Selections include "Over the Rainbow," "People," "How High the Moon," "Tenderly," "La Vie En Rose," "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" and "A Case of You."

Callaway's show replaces the previously announced run of Leigh Zimmerman and husband Dominick Allen in their show A Love Affair From A2Z that would have played the same dates.
