NYC's All Seasons Theatre Group will present Tom O'Brien's The Group, Aug. 9-20, at The Ensemble Studio Theatre (549 W. 52nd Street). The Group is a comedy about a young therapist's first attempt at leading a group analysis. The play incorporates the lives of the group members with the lives of the young therapist and her husband to tell a heart-warming and humorous story.
All Seasons has previously produced such plays as Warren Leight's Stray Cats.
Group will be directed by Chris Messina, and feature a cast including: Rosemarie DeWitt, Kevin Dowling, Paul Megna, Jacob Pitts, Ean Sheehy, and Christiane Szabo.
