A 10th anniversary production of John Kevin Jones and Rhonda Dodd’s adaptation of A Christmas Carol will play at the Merchant’s House Museum, a preserved 19th-century East Village house, November 23–December 29 via Summoners Ensemble Theatre.

Performed by Jones under Dodd’s direction, the one-hour solo performance developed from Dickens’ script features Jones as Mr. Dickens telling his famous holiday story in 1867 New York City. Additionally, A Holiday Reception with Mr. Dickens will return to follow select performances December 9-26, inviting guests to enjoy a cup of mulled wine and a performance of A Visit from St. Nicholas by Jones as Mr. Dickens again. Rooms in the museum will also be open to guests.

Presented by Summoners Ensemble Theatre in association with the Merchant’s House Museum, the show will also be offered virtually this holiday season again via pay-per-view.
