Panic! At the Disco frontman Brendon Urie steps into Broadway’s Kinky Boots beginning May 26, assuming the role of Charlie Price in the Tony-winning musical. At a recent press event, the singer gave a preview of Charlie’s Act II anthem “Soul of a Man.” Take a look above.
Urie steps in for Olivier nominee Killian Donnelly at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. He’ll join a cast that currently includes J. Harrison Ghee as Lola, Taylor Louderman as Lauren, and Shannon O’Boyle as Nicola.
The Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein musical marks the lead singer’s Broadway debut.
