Kevin Zak and Brennan Caldwell stopped by the Playbill studio to perform a number from the musical comedy Neurosis, now playing at the DR2 Theatre Off-Broadway. The new musical is about finding happiness and falling in love while dealing with that little voice inside your head.
"We couldn't be more excited for Neurosis to have its Off-Broadway premiere,” Neurosis writers Allan Rice, Ben Green, and Greg Edwards told Playbill. “We just hope someone in New York will be able to relate to our story of anxiety and self-doubt.”
Neurosis is directed by Andy Sandberg with choreography by Shea Sullivan. The production, which is running in repertory at DR2 with the musical R.R.R.E.D., will officially open August 17.
The cast also includes Jennifer Blood, Joel Blum, Susan J. Jacks, Lacretta, Ian Michael Stuart, and Morgan Weed.
