MARKETING ASSOCIATE, Studio Theatre
The Marketing Associate plays an important role in supporting Studio Theatre’s marketing efforts, focusing on direct response, audience segmentation and digital presence. S/he will work across all of Studio Theatre’s digital platforms, including website management and email marketing. This includes routine web updates to Studio’s website as well as larger updates to optimize user experience. They will support the execution of all institutional communications.
PRODUCING APPRENTICE, Eugene O'Neill Theater Center
The apprentice is responsible for day-to-day operational support in the Producing and Business offices, assists with the planning and execution of professional residencies, maintains records of conference works, facilitates hiring of 40 plus summer staff, creates union contracts and letters of agreement, provides logistical support for the National Directors Fellowship, and during the summer season serves as Intern Coordinator. This position also supports the National Theater Institute, with apprentice duties that include student on-call responsibilities, transportation support, and other duties as assigned.
DEVELOPMENT APPRENTICE, Eugene O'Neill Theater Center
The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s Development Apprentice, reporting to the Director of Development, is responsible for day-to-day operational support, ensuring seamless operation of activities, mailings, communications, and business functions within the department. In addition, they will be responsible for oversight of a broad series of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship programs, particularly Annual Fund and Membership, to inform and engage existing donors and prospects, encourage sustained and increased giving, and broaden the organization’s circle of supporters.

Coordinate logistics for company extracurricular activities (rafting trip, Six Flags trips, parties, etc.).
DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH & PROSPECT MANAGER, American Conservatory Theater
This is a full-time position responsible for the management of research for the entire A.C.T. Development department, with specific emphasis on overall prospect management and prospects related to board, major gifts, corporate, foundations, the Committee of Trustees and Governance (COTG) and Development committees, and any additional fundraising and/or capital campaigns as needed. Management of these activities includes: prospect research, database analysis, project management and gift strategy. The Development Research and Prospect Manager (DRPM) is also responsible for leading the Development team regarding standards for donor information related to prospect management and the maintenance of a moves management system in Tessitura.
