A trio of Jason Robert Brown veterans will join the composer for his upcoming 50th SubCulture Residency concert, featuring the previously announced Stephen Sondheim and Katrina Lenk. Also set to take the stage are current Waitress star Shoshana Bean (Songs for a New World at Encores! Off-Center), Tony nominee Joshua Henry (The Last Five Years at Town Hall), and Tony nominee and Beetlejuice performer Rob McClure (Broadway’s Honeymoon in Vegas).

The one-night-only event will take place June 24 at The Town Hall; a new block of tickets was recently released. All proceeds from the evening will go to the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.

Brown’s SubCulture residency launched in December 2014 and has continued to present a concert every month at the downtown music venue, welcoming a guest artist each time.

Past performers have included composers Stephen Schwartz and Tom Kitt in a dueling pianos-style performance, as well as Norbert Leo Butz, Carolee Carmello, Gavin Creel, Sutton Foster, Christopher Jackson, Mykal Kilgore, Lindsay Mendez, Kelli O’Hara, and Steven Pasquale.

McClure has been a special guest performer on Playbilll's Broadway on the High Seas Cruises.
