Industry News Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical Viral Sensation Continues With #AnyoneCanCreate Streaming Panel Broadway for All leads a conversation with the show's creative team January 14.

From the kitchen to the digital screen to the virtual classroom, Remy the Rat is hitting all the hot spots in 2021. A group of creators involved in Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical, which raised over $2 million for The Actors Fund earlier this month, will virtually reunite for the #AnyoneCanCreate panel January 14.

The special will stream on Playbill.com (a video embed will appear above when available) and Broadway for All’s YouTube at 8 PM ET. While free to enjoy, donations are encouraged to support The Actors Fund.

The panelists include the musical’s overture composer Alec Powell, music supervisor Dan Mertzlufft, choreographer Ellenore Scott, orchestrator Mary Schmidt, and poster key art designer Jess Siswick. Also joining the panel are SeaView Productions CEO Greg Nobile and Managing Director Carly Callahan, along with Playbill Vice President and COO Alex Birsh. Osh Ghanimah, founder and president of Broadway For All, and BFA student artist Sadie Lee co-moderate.

Among the topics set to be discussed are the democratization of making art, finding an audience during the pandemic, and looking to the journey of Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical as inspiration for the future of creating digital content and accessibility.

Broadway for All is a Manhattan-based non-profit providing aspiring artists and leaders in arts entertainment with the programming, community, and vision to build a more inclusive and powerful arts industry.
