Tony Award nominee Ramin Karimloo, who most recently appeared in the Broadway premiere of Anastasia, will head to Australia in June with concert engagements planned in Sydney and Melbourne.
Official dates have not been revealed.
Karimloo will be joined by special guest Anna O’Byrne, who recently starred in a celebrated revival of My Fair Lady directed by original star Julie Andrews.
The two stars will be united, having both starred in separate productions of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera sequel Love Never Dies. Karimloo originated the role of the Phantom in the original 2010 London production, while O’Byrne starred as Christine Daaé in the revised 2011 Australian premiere. The latter production is now on a U.S. national tour.
