Industry News Leslie Odom Jr. to Headline McCarter Theatre Benefit The Hamilton Tony Award winner will offer an evening of musical theatre favorites and jazz standards.

Hamilton Tony Award winner Leslie Odom, Jr. will headline the McCarter Theatre Center’s annual gala May 4 in Princeton, New Jersey. The evening includes cocktails and a silent auction prior to the 7 PM performance, which will be followed by dinner and dancing.

Odom, Jr., who has also released his own jazz album, will perform a concert of songs from Broadway and the Great American Songbook. Ticket packages begin at $300.

In addition to his Tony for originating the role of Aaron Burr in the smash hit Hamilton, Odom, Jr. also appeared in the recent film remake of Murder on the Orient Express. His other credits include Leap of Faith and NBC’s Smash.
