MASTER CARPENTER, Hartford Stage Company
Hartford Stage is seeking an experienced, talented, self-motivated Master Carpenter to join an established team at the top of the 2019/2020 season. Master Carpenter candidates must be team-oriented and be able to lead the shop carpenters thru a 7-show season. A qualified individual will have a thorough knowledge of shop tools, wood, and steel construction techniques, rigging practices, workplace safety, and the ability to supervise others. Competitive wages, overtime paid after 40 hours, and benefits package included.

CARPENTER, Hartford Stage Company
Hartford Stage is seeking experienced, talented carpenter to join an established team at the top of the 2019/2020 season. Carpenters will build, load-in, and strike a 7-show season and should be proficient with all shop tools, and theatrical construction. Welding and rigging experience preferred. SOUND DESIGNER/OPERATOR, MacHaydn Theatre
Applicants should be highly motivated with a strong background in digital console programming. Candidates should be familiar with Sennheiser and Shure wireless systems, qLab, and line by line mixing. Candidates should be comfortable mixing 16-20 wireless microphones as well as micing and mixing a 5-7 piece orchestra. Familiarity with Dante is preferable but not required. Candidates must be able to lift 75 pounds and be ready to work in an exciting and fun environment with a very fast changeover. Competitive salary, Housing, Travel Stipend, and some meals are provided. Job Dates are July th - Sept 2nd, 2019.

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, Pip's Island
The Assistant Technical Director is a non-union position that will report directly to the Technical Director and play a pivotal role in the show operation at our flagship location. They will oversee all aspects of the technical experience under the guidance of the Technical Director, with a focus on electrics. Have a strong attention to detail, superior interpersonal skills, and outstanding institutional knowledge and best practices from your industry experience.

A/V TECHNICIAN, Experience The RIDE
Audio/Video Technicians operate the on-bus audio/video and lighting aspects of THE RIDE for all performances. Technicians must display outstanding organizational and troubleshooting skills, have an approachable and friendly demeanor, the ability to work well in high pressure situations and an eagerness to learn. Knowledge of basic audio/video/lighting/show control signal flow, and troubleshooting skills are a must. Experience with MIDI and Serial Control Protocols, Yamaha DM1000 consoles, Apple Mac computers, basic networking, Qlab 2 and 3,Isadora, as well as wireless microphone systems is a plus. Stage Management experience is also a big plus! This is a part-time position with paid training provided.

SOUND TECH, CRCA
Looking for a sound tech for live business shows/conferences. Position will include running six wireless Lavs for high end busness shows. This is a recurring travel gig. Job includes setup and teardown. Must be good on set and good with clients. Live sound tech expereince is preferred. Postion will start in late August and will include traveling all over the US, usually Friday - Sunday (but not every weekend).

FULL-TIME TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, Actors Guild of Parkersburg
The Technical Director will: - Design, construct, or lead volunteers to construct sets for seven productions annually at the Guild’s Playhouse or such location as determined by the Board of Trustees. - Maintain all AGP technical equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, lighting system, sound system, shop, and physical staging area. Volunteer training and safe operation of tools and equipment will be coordinated by the TD.

PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER, Gallery Players
The Gallery Players in Park Slope is seeking a Production Stage Manager for its upcoming equity showcase production (approval pending) og the musical Cabaret. The show performs September 7th-29th. Rehearsals start August 3rd and will be in the evenings and on weekends.
